What is an ESNcard?
The ESNcard is a student card offered by the Erasmus Student Network that gives international students access to a variety of discounts and special offers in many cities and countries where ESN is active. It can be used with partners such as FlixBus, Ryanair, and various local businesses.

How to Get Your ESNcard?
Getting your ESNcard is simple — follow these steps and unlock access to discounts, trips, events and the entire ESN community.
1. Start online
Visit card.esn.pl and click “Get your ESNcard.”
-> Select “I’m an International Student.” if you are international Student.
-> Select “I’m a Buddy.” if you are Buddy.
2. Fill in your details
Complete the short form with your personal info and university.
This helps us prepare your personalized card.
Provide your:
Name and surname
Nationality
Date of birth
University
ESN section (e.g., ESN Poznań)
Contact details
Make sure all information is accurate, as it will appear on your card.
3. Upload a photo
Add a clear, ID-style photo.
It’s required for your card to be valid.
Your photo should:
Clearly show your face
Resemble an ID or passport photo
Be sharp and good quality
4. Submit and pay
Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive an email with the payment link.
Please be patient — we do our best to process everything as quickly as possible, but sometimes it might take a little longer.
No worries if it doesn’t arrive immediately — it’s on the way.
5. Hold on while we prepare your card
Your ESNcard isn’t ready immediately.
Our team needs a bit of time to process and produce it.
6. Pick it up
When your card is ready, we’ll announce the pickup time and location in our WhatsApp group.
