ESNcard
ESNcard is an international student card issued by the Erasmus Student Network that gives access to numerous discounts and benefits in Poland and abroad. It is designed for mobile students and ESN members, supporting international mobility and integration.

ESN Buddy program
The ESN Buddy Program connects international students with local volunteers (buddies) who help them adapt to a new country, university, and culture. The program aims to support integration, cultural exchange, and building international friendships.
To take part in the ESN Buddy Program and become a buddy, make sure to follow our social media channels and check your email inbox regularly for detailed information and application announcements.
Welcome days
Welcome Days are an integration week organized by ESN, taking place once each semester at the beginning of the term. During this week, a different event is held each day, all designed to help newly arriving international students integrate, meet new people, and get to know the university and the city.
Mobility Day
Mobility Day at Poznań University of Technology is an event in which ESN takes part to promote international mobility opportunities among students. During the event, participants can learn more about exchange programs, study abroad options, and international cooperation, as well as meet representatives of student organizations and partner institutions.

Welcome days
Welcome Days is a week-long celebration marking the start of a new semester. It offers a fantastic opportunity to socialize, meet fellow students, and discover the city. To ensure your exchange experience starts on a high note, ESN Poznań has organized a variety of activities, including City Game, traditional “flanki” tournament and much more.
Winter 2025/26
Christmas Dinner
Christmas Dinner is a festive gathering that brings the Erasmus community together to celebrate the holiday season. Organized by ESN Poznań, the evening is filled with seasonal food, a cozy atmosphere, and of course a little Polish touch to it. It’s a great opportunity to spend quality time together, share traditions, exchange gifts, and enjoy the true Christmas spirit away from home.
Greenhouse
Greenhouse Visit is a relaxing group outing that gives Erasmus students the chance to explore one of Poznań’s green spaces together. Organized by ESN Poznań, this event is all about reconnecting with nature, slowing down, and taking a break from the city rush. Surrounded by plants and a peaceful atmosphere, participants can enjoy good company while discovering a different, greener side of the city.
Pub crawl
Pub Crawl is a social integration event during which participants visit several pubs and venues in the city together. Organized by ESN Poznań, it gives Erasmus students the opportunity to discover local nightlife, explore popular meeting spots, and connect in an international group. Throughout the evening, participants take part in fun challenges and activities that make the experience even more engaging and interactive.
Cultural evening
Cultural Evening is a themed event dedicated to one specific country or culture. It is organized in collaboration between ESN Poznań volunteers and Erasmus students, who present their culture in an authentic and engaging way. Participants can discover traditional food, music, customs, and interesting facts, while celebrating diversity and intercultural exchange.
